Shadowscapes exhibition – 2025

In July 2025, about two thirds of the full “Shadowscapes” body of work, made its way to the hilltop town of Beauville, in the Lot-et-Garonne department in southwestern France. This was a satellite showing of the full series. The works looked strong against the varied interior walls of the gallery, and it was good to show with a local and rural crowd, against the back drop of Tour de France training country.

A few of the painting’s subject landscape subject matter also originated from the area. The works were accented by the sculptures of local artist Bernard Mery.
